Who runs Algo150

Algo150 is run and sold by Individual Entrepreneur Nodar Kobakhidze, registered in Georgia's Public Registry with identification number 01011084949, at 3 Emzar Sulakvelidze Street, apartment 22, Tbilisi, Georgia. You can reach us at [email protected]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the seller.

Using the site

You can practise without an account; your progress then stays in your browser. With an account, your progress is saved on our server so it follows you between devices. Keep your password to yourself, and use one account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Please do not:

• copy, download in bulk, share or resell the recordings, videos or lesson content;
• try to get around the subscription, or share one subscription between several people;
• attack, overload or probe the site, or use it to harm anyone else.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. The code you write is yours.

The subscription and its payments

A subscription costs $5 a month, in US dollars, and renews every month until you cancel. What it includes is listed on the pricing page. The price is final; your bank may convert it and charge its own fee. If our price changes, the new one is for new subscriptions: yours keeps the price it started with.

Payments are processed by Flitt, a payment service provider in Georgia operated by TPAY LLC. You enter your card details on Flitt's page, and Flitt charges the card on the same day each month on our behalf. We never see your full card number, and we keep no card details.

Access starts as soon as the first payment goes through; there is nothing to ship. If a monthly payment doesn't go through, you keep access for 3 more days, and then it pauses until a payment succeeds or you cancel and subscribe again. We email you at each of these steps.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time in the Account dialog. The subscription then ends at the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Payments are not refunded: not the first one, not a renewal, and not the rest of a month when you cancel part-way through it. Access starts as soon as you pay, so by subscribing you ask for it to start at once and accept that you give up any right to withdraw from the purchase for a refund, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK. The only exceptions are a payment taken by mistake, described in the refund policy, and a refund the law where you live requires.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work to keep Algo150 available and correct, but it is provided as it is. Lessons, problems and features may change, and the site may be down at times. Algo150 helps you practise; it does not guarantee a job, an interview result or any other outcome.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Other sites

Some lessons link to or embed videos and pages from other sites, such as YouTube. Those belong to their owners, and their own terms apply.

Ending

You can stop using Algo150 at any time, and delete your account in Account › Security, or by writing to us from the address you signed up with. If you have a subscription, cancel it first; deleting waits until it no longer renews.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes go to the courts of Georgia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in, and you may also bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. If a change affects your subscription, we will email you before it applies.
