Privacy policy

This policy says what Algo150 stores about you, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask for. Algo150 has no advertising and no analytics trackers.

Last updated 23 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Individual Entrepreneur Nodar Kobakhidze, registered in Georgia's Public Registry with identification number 01011084949, at 3 Emzar Sulakvelidze Street, apartment 22, Tbilisi, Georgia, is responsible for your data on algo150.com. Questions and requests go to [email protected].

Without an account

Your progress, drafts, notes, reviews and settings are kept in your browser's local storage, on your device. They are not sent to us. The code you write runs in your browser.

With an account

  • Your email address, and whether you have confirmed it.
  • Your password, stored only as a one-way hash. Nobody can read it back.
  • Your progress: drafts, submissions, notes, reviews and settings, so they follow you between devices.
  • A sign-in session, and any access tokens you create to connect another app.
  • Single-use links we email you: one to confirm your address, which works for 24 hours, and one to reset your password, which works for 30 minutes.

To slow down password guessing, sign-up, sign-in, reset and confirmation attempts are counted for up to an hour by a hash of your IP address and email.

If you subscribe

Each checkout gives Flitt, our payment provider, your account's email. Flitt collects what a payment needs, such as your card details, under its own privacy policy. From Flitt we receive each payment's order number, status, amount, currency and time, and keep them with your subscription's dates, so the site knows to unlock the recordings. We never see your full card number, and we keep no card details.

The emails we send

Only what your account needs: confirming your address, resetting or changing your password, deleting the account, and each step of a subscription (it started, it renewed, a payment failed, it was cancelled or refunded). No newsletters and no marketing. A reply reaches [email protected].

Cookies and local storage

When you sign in we set one cookie, which keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. It is needed for the account to work, so there is no cookie banner. Local storage keeps your progress and your choice of the Day or Night theme. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Who else handles data

  • Railway hosts the app and its database, in the EU (Railway's EU West region, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
  • Cloudflare carries the traffic to algo150.com and sees requests as they pass.
  • Resend sends our emails.
  • Flitt (TPAY LLC) takes payments for subscriptions.
  • Have I Been Pwned checks a new password against known breaches. It receives only the first five characters of the password's hash, never the password.
  • Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser asks Google for them.
  • YouTube, only when you press "Watch here" on a video. It is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Why we use it

To give you the service you asked for (your account, saved progress and subscription), to keep the site secure, and to meet legal duties such as keeping payment records.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Sessions end after 7 days, links after 24 hours or 30 minutes, and attempt counts within an hour. When an account is deleted, its orders and payments (order numbers, amounts and dates, without the email) stay, so that a payment arriving later can still be matched and refunded. The seller also keeps accounting records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how it is used. The export button in the header saves your progress as a file at any time, and Account › Security deletes the account. For anything else, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Algo150 is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly keep their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed. If a change matters for your account, we will email you.
