Refund policy

No refunds

Payments are not refunded: not the first one, not a renewal, and not the rest of a month when you cancel part-way through it. Every problem, hint, explanation and lesson is free, so you can try Algo150 fully before you pay; the subscription adds only the recorded voice.

Access starts as soon as you pay. By subscribing, you ask for it to start at once and accept that you give up any right to withdraw from the purchase for a refund, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK.

Cancelling

Cancel from the Account dialog at any time. It stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

A payment taken by mistake

If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, write to [email protected] from the email address of your Algo150 account. That payment is returned through Flitt, our payment provider, to the card you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show it.

Your rights by law

If the law where you live gives you a refund that cannot be given up, this policy does not take it away.
